What to Expect on Your First Appointment

  • You will submit your "Preliminary Questionnaire."
  • We will discuss your medical history, as well as your fitness goals.
  • We will also conduct a postural assessment  which is designed to detect postural deviations that may hinder optimal performance during exercise and activities of daily living (ADL's). 
  • In some cases, we will conduct a brief movement screen.  This screen assesses core stability and detects your quality of​ movement during basic movement patterns.


Approximate Time: 1 hour

WHAT TO WEAR
Wear something loose fitting. Please bring a pair of shorts* with you to change into as it would be helpful in detecting any lower body postural abnormalities.

What Next?

If you decide to commit to our services, we will design an individualized exercise prescription based on your fitness goals and the data compiled from your FREE session. Each session thereafter, will be motivating and sensitive to your abilities and skill level.

In addition, an optional body fat analysis will be conducted, to determine baseline measurements, with goal setting strategies.
